You should contact us with images or videos of the issue via Live Chat or email at customercare@sigmasports.com. We can then assist straight away with the best solution for you. 


We work hard to make sure items leave us and arrive in great condition and carefully package & inspect each order before it leaves us. If the courier tries to deliver your items damaged, please either do not accept delivery from the courier, or sign for the item as damaged. 


Please inform us of any such problems within 10 working days so we can rectify the problem.
