Once your item has been returned and delivered to our warehouse, your return will be processed in 3-5 working days. 

It can then take 3-5 working days for your refund to arrive with you. We will email you to confirm that your refund has been processed.

If you have not received your refund please check your tracking information to see if your item has been delivered to us.
