We're happy to be able to deliver to BFPO addresses VAT-free. In order to deduct the VAT, we need you to provide a letter on headed paper from your Commanding Officer stating that you're serving overseas and are entitled to be exempt from UK VAT. Once we've received this letter we'll confirm that we're able to process your orders without VAT.
The easiest way to proceed with placing a BFPO order is to send us a scanned copy of your CO's letter to customercare@sigmasports.com and we'll be in touch to tell you what the next steps are.
Please be aware that the maximum dimensions of parcels deliverable to BFPO addresses are:
Length: 45cm
Width: 35cm
Depth: 16cm
Weight: 2kg
Any items outside these dimensions cannot be processed via BFPO.
